Detailed planning permission is now being sought for a new phase of office development at Cardiff Gate Business Park. A total of 205,000 sq. ft of office accommodation and associated parking will be constructed.

Tony Fletcher, Managing Director of Cardiff Gate Business Park, believes the expansion plans are evidence of Cardiff Gates continuing success. "The buildings are to be located at the western end of the business park and will vary in size from 9,500 sq. ft to 65,500 sq. ft.
