A 600,000 sq ft development incorporating factory outlet and festival shopping, leisure (bowling/bingo), night-clubs & theme restaurants master planned to focus around a 24 screen AMC Multiplex Cinema.

Basement & overland car parking provides 3,500 car parking spaces plus a 60 space coach park. Phase 2 will comprise of hotel and conference facilities plus a main track railway station.
